DESCRIPTION

Ceitek 3D ikusmen laborategia dauka, non IA aplikatzen den ikusmen artifizialaren arazoetan eta objektu eta ingurune 3Den prozesamenduan. Teknika hauek irtenbide berritzaileak garatzera bideratuta daude, hala nola prozesuen automatizazioaren barruan kalitatearen kontrola eta ikuskapena, doitasun metrologia, 3D berreraikitzea, fabrikazio gehigarria, etab. Hala ere, arlo honetan dugun ezagutzak hainbat eremu desberdinetan lan egitea ahalbidetzen digu. Ceitek Industria 4.0 aplikazioetan esperientzia zabala duen arren, garraioa eta mugikortasun adimentsua lantzen dituen proiektuetan ere ari da.

  • 3D Vision Cameras

    The laboratory has several laser profilometers (of different sizes and wavelengths) and area scanners that allow for acquiring a 3D reconstruction of the object's geometry. From the reconstruction, the Asset has.

    For performing all types of dimensional controls on geometry.

SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ASSET

3D inspection of parts (including transparent or translucent) for precision metrology.

Computer vision techniques are used to obtain the geometry of the object and for dimensional control.

Analysis of a video sequence for the 3D reconstruction of complex environments or objects.

Deep learning-based algorithms (NeRF, Gaussian Splatting) are used for the 3D reconstruction of environments. The result is a reconstruction of the environment, from which new viewpoints can be generated or exported to different formats such as point clouds or meshes.
