NAME 6DOF Laser Tracker for high-precision positioning and measurement
API RADIAN PRO portable laser tracking system for high precision measurement applications. It includes a manual dartboard that provides 3 degrees of freedom and a smart head that provides 6 degrees of freedom. Both can be mounted on industrial robots for measurement, high-precision positioning, calibration, or adaptive control applications. It has a range of 20 meters and an accuracy of ±10μm in online measurements.

Dimensional measurement of large parts
The equipment allows dimensional measurements to be made using the reflective probe as a tracer. Since the operating range is 20 meters, it is suitable for working with large parts.
Robotic arm calibration
The 6 degrees of freedom STS sensor is designed so that it can be mounted on the flange of a robotic arm. The on-site calibration service for robots allows to improve their absolute accuracy, so that it is possible to work using Cartesian positioning.
Robotic measurement
The equipment can be used to perform dimensional measurements of parts by probing with a robotic arm. To do this, you only have to equip the robot with the reflective probe. This service allows you to automate the measurement by integrating it directly into the process
