DESCRIPTION

Granaiatzeko hiru ekipamenduen bitartez geometri, conposizio eta neurri dezberdinetako piezak tratatu daitezke. • NORBLAST S9 grit blaster (kabinaren dimentsio erabilgarriak: LxDxH: 900x540x540) • NORBLAST FN-30T grit blaster (kabinaren dimentsio erabilgarriak: LxDxH: 650x400x400) Makina hauek filtratzeko sistema integratuta dute. Sistema honen bidez kabinaren garbiketa zikliko automatikoa ahalbideratzen da. • S1400P grit blaster (kabinaren dimentsio erabilgarriak: LxDxH: 1400 x 1400 x 1400) Kabina honek airea filtratzeko instalazio neumatiko osoa, prezio erreduktore bat eta kalibratutako manometro bat ditu. Bestalde, zirkular forma duen granaiatzeko dorre batez osatuta dago. Dorre honen bidez, urratzailearen hondakin hautsak bereiz daitezke. Ekipamendu hauek metalez ala plastikoz osatutako piezen gainazala testurizatu edo leundu ditzakete. Adibidez, fabrikazio gehigarrien bidez sortutako pieza metaliko baten gainazal leuntasuna %80an jeitsi ahal daikete. Granaia esferikoekin (beirazko micro-esferak, zeramikak, granaia metalikoak) zein granaia urratzaileekin (korindoiak, silika hondarrak, granaia metalikoak) erabili daitezke. Granaiatzeko ekipamendua kontrolatzeko eta monitorizatzeko software-a eskuratzeko asmoz. Softaware-a MES batekin konekzioa errezteko erabiliko da eta MES-aren bidez pieza fabrikatzeko planta osoa kudeatu ahal izango da. Aktibo hau beste aktiboekin konbinatu ezkero, fabrikazio gehigarriz (FG-z) sortutako piezen post-prozesurako planta oso bat edukitzea ahalbidetzen da eta, gainera, baldintza ezberdinak behar dituzten pieza metalikoak zein plastikoak, eta geometria oso desberdinetakoak tratatzeko erabil daiteke (%ko 95erainoko leuntasun murrizketak lor litezke).
