NAME Ceramics additive manufacturing laboratory

DESCRIPTION

Laboratory for the study of ceramic and refractory materials and its additive manufacturing processes. Addressed to the materials step-up and the additive processed development involving three technologies: binder jetting, robocasting (paste extrusion) and stereolithography, including its post-processing (debinding & sintering).

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

AM/3D Printing Process

Materials for 3D/AM

MOST OUTSTANDING EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS

  • Binder Jetting - ZCorp 510

Equipment addressed to research and development of binder jetting based processes.

  • Robocasting - WASP 2040 Turbo 2

It allows a flexible and open-source study of the robocasting processes (paste extrusion).

  • Stereolithography - - Anycubic Mono X

Equipment adapted to the experimental study of ceramic based resins based on the stereolitography technology (DLP).
