DESCRIPTION

Prototipoen diseinu eta garapen azkarrean espezializatutako espazioa, fabrikazio digitaleko teknologia aurreratuen bidez. 3D FDM inprimagailuak, SLA inprimagailuak, metalikoak, laser ebakigailuak eta grabagailuak, CNC fresagailuak, 3D eskanerrak, plotterrak eta brodagailu digitalak ditu. Kontzeptuak baliozkotzeko, material berriekin esperimentatzeko eta produktu berrietarako diseinu-prozesuak optimizatzeko aukera ematen du. Prototipatzeko, 3D digitalizatzeko, alderantzizko ingeniaritzako eta prestakuntza teknikoko zerbitzuak eskaintzen ditu, batez ere sektore industrialei, osasunari, mugikortasunari eta berrikuntza sozialari zuzenduak.

MOST OUTSTANDING EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS

  • Extrusion 3D printers

    Prusa i3 MK3S+ (x8): Filament extruder 3D printer (FDM) with a print volume of 250x210x210 mm.
    BCN3D Sigma R19 (x2): Dual independent extruder 3D printer (FDM), with a print volume of 210x297x210 mm.
    Ultimaker 2+ (x2): Single filament extruder (FDM) 3D printer with a print volume of 223x223x205 mm.
    Printing with single material, combined materials or in duplication mode with PLA, PETG, ABS, NYLON, ASA, PC, TPU, among others.

  • Fibre-reinforced filament 3D printer

    Markforged Onyx One: Filament 3D printer with the possibility of fibre reinforcement (glass, carbon, etc.). It uses Eiger software and is suitable for functional parts with high mechanical strength. With materials such as Onyx base and reinforcement of carbon fibre, glass fibre and Kevlar.

  • Laser cutting and engraving machines and milling machines

    Epilog Fusion (75 W): CO₂ laser cutting machine with 800×500 mm work table. Allows cutting and engraving on materials such as wood, acrylic, cardboard or metallised ABS.
    Trotec Speedy 360: High-precision CO₂ laser cutting and engraving machine with integrated camera. Usable area up to 810×508 mm. Enables vector and raster processes for multiple materials.
    TEC-CAM 1103 S-6.0: Large-format CNC milling machine, variable power between 6 and 9 kW. Suitable for 2D and 3D machining on wood, acrylic, PVC, EPS or soft metals. Control by V-Carve software.
    Roland MODELA MDX-40A + ZCL-40A: Mini precision milling machine, useful for both engraving and 3D scanning. Suitable for small prototypes or work with clay, wax or soft plastics.

  • Light-curing resin 3D printer

    ELEGOO MARS DPL4: Light curing resin (SLA) 3D printers with a print volume of 132x74x150 mm. Supports a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, TPU and more.

  • Metal 3D printer with SLM laser technology

    SamyLabs ALBA 300: Metal 3D printer with SLM laser technology to manufacture functional parts in steel, titanium, aluminium or Inconel. It incorporates its own software with real-time control. Ideal for high precision prototypes and complex geometries.
