NAME Célula de soldadura Fronius-TPS 500i TWIN con sistema de inspección
La Célula de soldadura está conformada principalmente dos equipos Fronius TPS 500i Twin sobre robots Yaskawa con capacidad de captación de datos y apoyado en un sistema de inspección de cordón de soldadura Smart Ray, en dos mesas automatizadas. Gracias a la conexión entre los diferentes sistemas y la implementación de una inteligencia artificial, este activo, adquiere la capacidad de realizar una recogida de datos y un procesamiento de ellos para garantizar un mayor control sobre el proceso y la calidad de los resultados físicos.
