NAME Elektrokimikoen bidezko gainazalen akabera garatzeko laborategia eta instalazio pilotua teknologia.

DESCRIPTION

Prozesu (elektro)kimikoak egiteko laborategi guztiz hornitua: hainbat bolumenetako pila elektrokimikoak (10 l-rainokoak), Hull pilak, potentziostato-galvanostatoak, korronte zuzeneko eta korronte-pultsuen bidezko artezgailuak, murgilketa bidezko estaldura, ihinztadurazko estaldura, eskularru kutxa, bainu termostatikoak, atmosfera kontrolatuko sinterizazio-labeak, ICP, IC, Z potentziala eta KOG, besteak beste). Instalazio pilotu erdi-industriala gainazalen akabera (elektro)kimikoak egiteko. Hartan honakoak aurki ditzakegu: • 250 l-rainoko urmaelak zenbait berogailurekin, hozteko kiribila, agitazio mekanikoa, agitazio pneumatikoa, kontraelektrodoak toki desberdinetan jartzeko aukera, maila-zunda, estalkia eta xurgatze-kanpaia. • Korronte zuzeneko eta pultsu bidezko artezgailuak, tentsio/korronte tarte handia aplikatzeko gai direnak. • Simulazio elektrokimikoko eta modelatze-softwarea (COMSOL Multiphysics), estalketa galvanikoko prozesuak ulertzen, hobetzen eta kontrolatzen laguntzen duena. • Instalazio elektrokimiko piloturako monitorizazio- eta kontrol-software bat erostea pentsatu da, instalazioaren konektagarritasuna fabrikazioa gauzatzeko sistema batekin (MES, ingeleseko siglak direla eta) ezartzeko. Horrela, osagaien fabrikazio-instalazio osoa bertatik kudea daiteke. Horrez gain, gainazalak karakterizatzeko laborategian, estalduren propietate fisikoak, mekanikoak eta kimikoak azter daitezke (zimurtasuna, morfologia, mikroegitura, termografia, korrosioa, higadura, tribokorrosioa, gogortasuna, hezegarritasuna, distira, kolorea, etab.)

Development and application of metallic, ceramic and composite coatings by electrochemical processes

• Development and optimization of electrolytes for metallic, ceramic and composite coatings with required properties (protection, conductivity, hydrophobicity…). • Ceramic coatings applied using electrophoretic deposition technique. Functional ceramic coatings using electrophoretic deposition technique oriented to biomedical applications (dental prostheses, intervertebral segments), environmental including: photocatalysis, photoconversion, membranes, easy cleaning, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties as well as anticorrosive coatings. • Obtaining of coatings on different flat and 3D shaped substrates (metallic, plastic, ceramic). - Customer type: parts manufacturers, product developers. - Sectors: aerospace, automotive, machine tool, energy, biomedical applications, environmental,…
