Simulation tools are a very powerful tool when designing new products. The success of these tools depends to a great extent on the quality of the data used to carry out the simulations. Leartiker offers a specific service for the characterization of polymeric materials for feeding the different finite element software that perform simulations of static, fatigue and dynamic mechanical properties. Leartiker is a user of different finite element software, which is why Leartiker is especially sensitive to the importance of this data. We also offer a treatment and adjustment service for raw data so the end user has the data ready to use.
Leartiker offers a complete material replacement service for metal parts. Starting from the functionality of the product, a new design is propuse taking into account the characteristics of the polymeric materials and their transformation processes. To carry out this design, rheological and structural simulation tools and the best material models are selected. Once the design has been validated with the client, a prototype mold is developed and the parts are manufactured with the final material.
