NAME Microbiology and Immunology Laboratory (Microbial Biomics)

DESCRIPTION

Microbiology and Immunology Laboratory with Biosafety level C2. It allows to carry out a large number of studies, such as infectivity / virulence tests on cell cultures and different animal models (Galleria mellonella, Mus musculus), proteogenomic studies (electrophoresis, wester blots, microarrays, RNA seq, RT-qPCR, protein cloning, CRISPR-Cas9), monoclonal antibody production, and detection of environmental, food and clinical microorganisms.
