NAME NDT – CV Inspection and Quality assessment System

DESCRIPTION

To ensure the quality of manufactured components, it requires the use of advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection systems. Depending on the defect to be detected, this asset employs different techniques such as Ultrasonics (volumetric defects), Eddy Currents (surface defects), X-ray Diffraction (measurement of residual stresses), and Computer Vision. The asset is complemented with powerful simulation and post-processing tools that facilitate the interpretation of the results obtained in the inspections.
