Altzairuzko kalitateen konposizioaren diseinua, software eta hardware termodinamikoekin, altzairu urtuaren kalitateetarako. Saiakuntza termomekanikoko ekipoak. Prozesuen simulazioa: isurketa jarraitua, beroko ijezketa, forjaketa, estrusioa, beroko estanpazioa, soldaduraren sorta, propietate mekanikoen mikroegituraren erlazioa, etab. Materialen probak: tratamendu termikoko zikloak, beroko trakzio-probak (harikortasuna), beroko konpresio uniaxialeko proba (tentsio- eta deformazio-kurba errealak), pitzadura SIKOrekiko suszeptibilitatea, deformazio osteko dilatometria, neke termikoa, fusioa eta solidotzea, etab.

    The Quenching/Deformation Dilatometer L78 RITA is especially suitable for the determination of TTT, CHT and CCT diagrams. The special induction furnace enables heating and cooling speeds in excess of 2500°C/s. The system complies with ASTM A1033.

  • Fives Celes Cold Crucible with Vacuum Pump

    The cold crucible combines both melting and levitation of metals, which limits or eliminates any contact between the crucible and the melt and, consequently, any pollution with particles resulting from the deterioration of the crucible.
