Based on the data provided by the sensors, it calculates in real time the state of the material (viscosity, curing, etc. &#8230;.) and provides alarms and recommendations (pressure increase, temperature increase, end of curing and mould opening) for quality assurance and\/or process optimisation (costs, times, energy consumption).<\/p>\n<p>It allows the use of current process monitoring systems (thermocouples, pressure sensors &#8230;.) without the need to acquire other more sophisticated sensors and is customisable according to the production means and needs of the client.<\/p>\n<p>In the following link you can see an example of implementation of the system<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"4.0 Composites production line\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aFKAQGLwgsU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In addition to real time monitoring, it features pre- and post-process modules.
