NAME Zelula robotizatu malguak automatikoki programatzeko software-liburutegia

DESCRIPTION

Tecnalian garatutako programazio errazeko softwarea erabiliz, zenbait robot-mota programatu litezke (UR, Yaskawa, Nextstage, Kuka LWR...). Egun, bi aukera hauek daude garatuta: CAD informazio bidezko programazio erraza, eta robotaren oinarrizko skillak dituen GUI bat. CAD informazio bidezko programazioaren oinarria hau da: robotaren piezetatik eta lan-eremutik informazioa erauztea zenbait eragiketa programatzeko (mihiztatzeak, Pick&place, zulaketak, errematxaketak, bizar-kentzeak, material-aplikazioak eta abar). Hartara, programatzaileak CAD (CATIA) ingurune bat besterik ez du erabiltzen robotari zer eragiketa egin behar duen adierazteko, eta informazio hori Tecnaliak garatutako softwarera (ROSen oinarritua) bidaltzen da, robota konfiguratzeko. Programazio-metodo horrek simulazio-fase bat ere behar du, dena behar bezala egiten ari den jakiteko. Skill-GUI bat erabilita egiten den programazio erraza, berriz, bestelakoa da: aukera horretan, programatzaileak ezagutu egin behar ditu egin nahi dituen eragiketak, eta aurreprogramatutako blokeen bidez eraiki behar du exekutatu nahi duen aplikazioa. Aukera hori baliatuta, robotarekin zuzeneko interakzioan jardun daiteke.
