DENOMINACIÓN COMPOSITE PROCESS MONITORING SYSTEM 4.0

DESCRIPCIÓN

The proposed system makes it possible to monitor and control the forming and curing process in real time. Based on the data provided by the sensors, it calculates in real time the state of the material (viscosity, curing, etc. ....) and provides alarms and recommendations (pressure increase, temperature increase, end of curing and mould opening) for quality assurance and/or process optimisation (costs, times, energy consumption). It allows the use of current process monitoring systems (thermocouples, pressure sensors ....) without the need to acquire other more sophisticated sensors and is customisable according to the production means and needs of the client. The first one allows to simulate the process to choose the best conditions, the second one allows to graph and analyse the different production cycles.
