Tiene un radio de 320 mm y cuenta con una plataforma portamuestras con cuna de Euler (goni\u00f3metro) que permite no s\u00f3lo el giro alrededor del eje del difract\u00f3metro (q) sino tambi\u00e9n alrededor de los dos ejes perpendiculares al mismo, f y y, por lo que es ideal para la medida de texturas cristalogr\u00e1ficas y tensiones residuales. Permite adem\u00e1s el movimiento en las direcciones x, y y z para el correcto posicionamiento de la muestra. Se trata de un difract\u00f3metro horizontal (el movimiento 2theta del detector se realiza en el plano horizontal) por lo que el portamuestra est\u00e1 en posici\u00f3n vertical que permite medir  muestras con un peso m\u00e1ximo de 500 g y una altura m\u00e1xima de 24 mm. Permite trabajar tanto con \u00f3ptica de Bragg-Brentano como de haz paralelo. Este \u00faltima se emplea especialmente para medidas de fases, par\u00e1metros de red y tama\u00f1o de cristalitos en pel\u00edculas delgadas mediante el m\u00e9todo de incidencia rasante. Dispone de radiaci\u00f3n de Cu y de Cr. Cuenta con un detector proporcional puntual. Este equipo se utiliza para tanto para la identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de fases como para la medida de tensiones residuales (con radiaci\u00f3n de Cu o Cr), de texturas cristalogr\u00e1ficas y de an\u00e1lisis de fases en pel\u00edculas delgadas mediante \u00e1ngulo rasante (con radiaci\u00f3n de Cu) en muchos tipos de materiales (metales, cer\u00e1micos) y pel\u00edculas delgadas. Cuenta con los softwares HIGH SCORE para la identificaci\u00f3n de fases as\u00ed como STRESS y TEXTURE para el an\u00e1lisis de tensiones residuales y texturas. La difracci\u00f3n de rayos-X es una t\u00e9cnica insustituible para el an\u00e1lisis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de un amplio rango de materiales. En Ceit-IK4 se viene empleando en gran parte de los proyectos de la Divisi\u00f3n de Materiales y Fabricaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en el Grupo de Monitorizaci\u00f3n de la Divisi\u00f3n de Transporte y Energ\u00eda para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas delgadas y sustratos nanoestructurados para distinto tipo de sensores innovadores. \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Equipo de difracci\u00f3n X-Pert MRDde PANalytical.
