NAME begIA – Testbed and Training Platform in Computer Vision

DESCRIPTION

Test bench designed to carry out experiments with different types of cameras, optics, and lighting systems, focused on 2D machine vision techniques. In machine vision solutions, selecting the right hardware for each application is crucial. A proper hardware selection accounts for over 50% of the solution’s success, while also reducing algorithm complexity, cycle times, and PC resource usage. For this reason, a test bench has been designed to simulate more than 80% of the hardware usage modes of 2D machine vision in industrial settings.
