DESCRIPTION

Metalezko eta konpositezko piezen fabrikazio, akabera eta ikuskapenerako sistema robotikoen ikerketarako zelula. Tamaina ertaineko hiru industri robot ditu, bai eta fabrikazio eragiketetarako erreminta bereziak ere, hala nola pieza metalikoen akaberak egitekoak (lixatzea, leuntzea, bizar kentzea, esmerilatzea), konpositezko piezak fabrikatzekoak eta ultrasoinuen eta korronte induzituen bitartez NDT ikuskapenak egitekoak. Segurtasuneko hesi batez inguratutako gunea da, eta 3 metro luze den aluminiozko mahai bat dauka osagaien muntaketarako eta erretilu bat likidoak jasotzeko. Hautsa eta txirbilak xurgatzeko sistema bat dauka, eta elikadura elektrikoa eta pneumatkoa erremintetarako. Zelula osoa programatu eta simulatzeko beharrezkoa den softwarea dauka. Prozesuko datuak monitorizatzeko eta analisirako sistema bat dauka lainoan, eta prozesua denbora errealean kontrolatzeko sistema bat ere bai, zeina Matlaben eta Simulinken programatu daitekeen.
