NAME Zuperakabera eta bizar kentzeko zelula robotizatua

DESCRIPTION

Leuntzeko eta bizarra kentzeko instalazio robotizatua, indar-kontrola duena. Proba erreminta ugari instalatu daitezke. Argi urdin egituratu bidezko neurketa-sistema du. Osagaiak tamaina handikoak izan daitezke, 1,5 metroko diametrokoak. Sentsore anitzeko koordenatu bidez neurtzeko makinak, granitozko mahaia dutenak, 3+2 eta 5 ardatzetan neurtzeko gaitasuna dutenak laborategiko baldintza egonkorretan. Puntuz puntuko kontaktu-sentsoreen bidez neurtzeko gaitasuna du, eskaneatzeko moduan, eskaner optiko bidez neurtzeko, 17µm-ko zehaztasunarekin eta 60mm-ko eskaneatzeko leihoarekin. Instalatutako neurketa-sofwareak Mcosmos, modus eta MSURF dira, off-line programaziorako aukerarekin. Makinek haztagailuen aldaketa automatikoa dute, bai eta haztagailu, luzera eta material desberdinen set oso bat ere. Makinek pieza-tenperaturako sondak eta ardatzak dituzte, monitorizatzeko eta erroreak konpentsatzeko. Zelula Alicona 5U rugosimetro batekin osatzen da, zehaztasun handiko ebaketa-erremintak eskaneatzeko eta neurtzeko.

  • Robotic cell Getting Kume DbrPE203

    Deburring cell capable of working in two different work modes. . Mode 1 (tool on robot) is designed for large parts (2400mm diameter and 150mm height), with the tools and electro spindle mounted on the robot. Mode 2 the part is mounted on the manipulator robot (weight up to 90kg) and the tools are mounted on fixed posts.
