SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ASSET

Binpicking applications for different industrial parts

Different types of binpicking applications can be designed, implemented, and tested for several parts recognized by the vision systems

Diagnosis and prognosis systems

Thanks to vision systems, manufacturing process information integration, and collaborative robots, specific failure forecasting and diagnosing applications can be developed (at both process level and robot or machine status)

Human and robot surroundings recognition

A collaborative work cell is available to design, implement, or test collaborative and cooperative manufacturing operations. Also, this service offers the possibility of testing industrial safety strategies for protection fences-free industrial scenarios thanks to several installed cameras

Objects recognition

A 3D industrial camera for recognizing and modeling objects in 3D is available. The service is based on developing, testing, and implementing advanced vision applications for parts recognition and manufacturing defects detection

Robotic application integration for industrial real or simulated processes or machines

A platform for developing and implementing industrial applications for coordinated and synchronized robot and process control. Thus, the whole industrial collaborative work cell might be integrated into the industrial manufacturing process.
