RENISHAW AM250 Additive Manufacturing Machine with LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) technology for the manufacture of metal parts with added value compared to conventional manufacturing processes (complex structures, lattice and topologically optimised structures, interior cavities, etc.). The maximum construction volume is 250x250 mm2 with a height of 300 mm. The machine is equipped with a dust screening system for dust recovery and reuse. Various materials can be used: tool steel, Ti alloys, stainless steel 306L, aluminium, Inconel, etc. The installation has sensors for external capture of the main process parameters through the InfiniAM Central software/platform. For the cleaning of the machine and the environment, a water-based dust extraction system is available.
