Assistance modules for machine users, offering different functions in accordance with the profile: Programmer profile, machine operator profile, production manager profile.
• Assistance application for the machine programmer: extracts knowledge from the machining experiences stored in the digital fingerprints of processes and helps in the definition phase of new processes.
• Application for the analysis of the use of cutting tools: This software enables the user to assess the use of the cutting tools on the machines, enabling the real effective use to be analysed in order to determine whether the processes are productive and/or they can be improved.
• Assistance application for the positioning of parts in the machine: 3D vision camera using structured light technology integrated in the machine. Thanks to detection and location SW, the position of the part is defined within the machine, facilitating the referencing process.
