Mikrofluidika erreaktoreak prozesu jarraien garapenerako. - Biomaterialen karakterizazioa. - Pilotu-sorten fabrikaziorako gela sailkatuak. - Zelula-kultiboetarako laborategia.

  • Classified rooms for pilot batch manufacturing

    165 m2 of classified rooms specially designed for the synthesis and characterization of biomaterials in controlled environments. The facilities include aseptic production areas. They have been designed for the production of batches intended for testing in advanced stages of preclinical development.

  • Encapsulation technologies pilot plant

    The pilot plant for the encapsulation of actives has a 10L reactor and a high pressure homegenizer. In addition, the center has the necessary equipment for the characterization of the batches produced in the pilot plant.

  • Freeze-drying

    Liobeta: Pilot size freeze drying equipment qualified for freeze drying up to 700 vials.
    Liobeta mini: Laboratory-scale freeze-drying equipment specially designed for the development and optimization of freeze-drying cycles.
