High performance laser micro-drilling machine for large sheets
DESCRIPTION
6 linear axes machine for micro-drilling of large sheets of up to 5000 x 2000 x 0.2 mm at drilling rates higher than 300 holes/second. The machine permits other laser processes instead of drilling, like cutting, marking, texturing and engraving of metals (Fe, Ti , Ni, Al, etc.) and some ceramics. The solution also includes different measuring devices for real time process control (holes positioning, working height) and quality control (pitch, holes diameter, circularity, area, clogged holes, etc.).
