Robotic cell for local/remote laser welding of metal components
DESCRIPTION
Robotic cell with 6 degrees of freedom, with absolute precision and a single mode laser source of high power and beam quality, to carry out metal welding processes, both remotely, using the "wobbling" technique, and with gas welding. The control system allows direct switching between the use of both strategies, as well as synchronisation of the mechanical and optical axes of the mirror head. The solution includes a machine vision system to support the generation of process trajectories.
