DANOBAT LG-600-B2 high-precision grinding machine
DESCRIPTION
The DANOBAT LG-600-B2 is a high-precision grinding machine for external and internal grinding operations. Its natural granite bed and linear motors provide the necessary precision and thermal stability required for these demanding applications. Allows peripheral speeds of up to 140 m/s with superabrasives and 60 m/s with conventional abrasives.
As for the machine configuration, it has linear movements on the X-axis in radial direction and axial movements on the Z-axis, driven by linear motors and controlled by encoders with the B-axis for wheel position setting.
It has a user-friendly conversational DOGRING software developed by DANOBAT for programming grinding operations, as well as an automatic wheel balancing system.
