DESCRIPTION
The portable platform is designed to be able to carry out feasibility studies of data monitoring, processing and analysis in productive systems (processes, machines, robots). For this, the central element is the SmartBox, with the capacity for the collection, storage (local and cloud) and processing of signals of very different natures and sources of origin (internal to the CNC and/or PLC of the system, external obtained from sensors of vibration, temperature, position, pressure, flow, displacement, force, etc...). Another of the virtues of the platform is the very high connectivity, based on standard protocols and also on particular protocols. This allows data to be shared with the entire production environment: CNC, PLC, controllers, management systems (MES, ERP, PLM).
