Powder bed process. The powder is deposited in a container and the head dispenses a binder that agglomerates the powder in the selected areas. Subsequently, another layer of powder is dosed and the process is repeated until the piece is finished. There is no heat source during the printing process. The binder is used to create a "green" the printed part.
The green part is sintered, infiltrated or used as-printed.
Different forms of products: dense parts, porous parts and multiple materials.
Pieces with very good surface finishing: Roughness Ra = 6 microns (in the as sintered parts
Development of new composite materials (metal-ceramic)
Feasibility study of the manufacturing of the parts by Binder Jetting
Manufacturing of components by Binder Jetting
Manufacturing of models and prototypes through Binder Jetting
